A Nigerian lady has shared her unpleasant experience with a cabin crew member while flying from Abuja to Lagos with Air Peace, noting that the crew's attitude ruined her mood for the rest of the journey despite paying ₦235,000 for the flight.
In a post made available on social media, the lady lamented how she was treated by a crew member for merely requesting more water during the flight.
According to her, she was given a small cup of water which she felt was not enough, especially when other airlines usually offer passengers bottled water.
"When I asked for a refill, she replied that she prefers I say, 'Excuse me, I need a refill,'" the lady narrated.
She noted that the tone and manner of the response were unnecessary and made her feel disrespected as a passenger.
"This language messed up my mood throughout the journey yesterday," she added.
The lady, however, expressed regret for missing the chance to report the crew member directly to Air Peace CEO Allen Onyema, who coincidentally was aboard the same flight.
"Yes, he was very disappointed about his crew's cabin attitude, but at least when passengers are complaining about your cabin crew attitudes, he will be able to identify the ones giving his airline a bad name," she wrote.
