Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo says he was not bothered winning individual honours after another success story at Serie A after leaving Spanish giants Real Madrid in the summer of 2018.

According to Sportkeeda report citing Record, the Portuguese superstar, who currently leads the Italian topflight scoring chart with 14 goals from 19 matches insists the club's success in his main concern.

At the last count, the 33-year-old Ronaldo helped the Los Blancos to three consecutive Champions League success before his switch to Juventus, where he has netted 15 times in 24 matches.

However, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner missed out on his a sixth prize, finishing second behind former Real Madrid teammate Luka Modric.

A performance that saw Modric claim numerous individual honours before the end of 2018.

But Ronaldo dismissed the individual prizes with a wave of hand, stressing that individual prizes and success at club level often go hand-in-hand.

"I'm not obsessed with individual prizes," Ronaldo was quoted as saying to Record.

"The important thing is helping the team, always, and therefore the rest arrives naturally.

"I don't hide that I'm happy when I win but it's not the end of the world if it can't happen, " Ronaldo submitted.
