TikTok personality Peller mocks skit maker Carter Efe for insulting Wizkid despite allegedly driving a car without air conditioning.
The steamer had spotted the skit maker driving his car in traffic with the glass wound down.
He mocked him for driving a car which doesn't have air conditioning, despite having the audacity to insult WizKid.
