Manchester United recorded their 8th Premier League win of the season after defeating Everton by 3 goals to nil at the Goodison Park yesterday.

The result propelled the Red Devils to sixth place on the Premier League standings with 24 points, six points behind Arsenal in first position and five points behind Manchester City

Alejandro Gernarcho opened scoring for Erik Ten Hag's side three minutes into the first half with a brilliant acrobatic goal and few minutes into the second half, Marcus Rashford added the second goal from the penalty spot while Anthony Martial sealed the win with a third in the 75th minutes.

Elsewhere, Tottenham Hotspur lost 2-1 to Aston Villa at home. Unai Emery's side came from behind to seal all three points. Goals from Pau Torres and Ollie Watkins turned the game around for Villa after Lo Celso had broken the deadlock in the 22nd minutes for Ange Postecoglou's side.
