As well as forging a wonderful attacking unit alongside the likes of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota, Mane contributed to the most successful era in Liverpool's recent history.

That includes winning the Premier League title in 2019/20, winning the Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup, before also adding the FA Cup and EFL Cup to his list of honours this season.

With just one year left on his contract the decision was made for Mane to move on as he searched for a fresh challenge, something that he'll certainly get with the German champions.

With Robert Lewandowski likely to leave Munich this summer there's a chance for Mane to really establish himself as one of the top players in the Bundesliga.
