Ronaldo snubbed as Juventus best player revealed

Cristiano Ronaldo was snubbed by teammate Douglas Costa when asked who the best player of Juventus is.

The Brazilian believes Paulo Dybala is ahead of Ronaldo in his own opinion despite the Portuguese impact since his arrival from Real Madrid in 2018.

Ronaldo won the Most Valuable Player award in his first season in Serie A and helped the Biaconeri remain top of the table this term.

The 35-year-old has scored 21 goals in the league this season, three times more Dybala but Costa the Argentine is still the preferred choice of the Brazilian.

In a question and answer section with Costa on Instagram, he was asked who is the player in Maurizio Sarri's squad:"The strongest companion is Paulino, Dybala. Then of course also Ronaldo".

One fan was in support of the Brazilian's claim, with another fan sarcastically saying: "Yes Douglas Costa, Dybala is better than Ronaldo," as he added emojis to emphasise the point.

A third supporter refused to entertain the idea of Ronaldo being compared to either player, saying: "Imagine comparing Ronaldo to Dybala and Douglas b***** Costa.

Juve fans hands down worst fans in Italy."
