Turkish football pundit, Ugur Karakullukçu has revealed details of the tense exchange between Galatasaray and Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis during negotiations over a potential transfer for striker Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen, 26, had a brilliant season on loan at Galatasaray after joining them from Napoli last year.
The Nigeria international scored 37 goals and provided eight assists in 41 matches across competitions for Galatasaray as they secured a domestic double.
However, Galatasaray's negotiations with Napoli over a permanent transfer of Osimhen are yet to materialized.
Speaking on the development, Karakullukçu provided an explosive account of what allegedly transpired during talks between the two clubs.
"While Galatasaray's management was in Italy for the Osimhen talks, the Napoli president [Aurelio De Laurentiis] told the middleman on his boat, "Tell these guys I am not selling to Galatasaray. They should get lost," Karakullukçu said (via habersarikirmizi).
"He is not actually saying, "Get lost," he is saying something more serious. I am saying it politely. This's literally true."
