Lille striker Jonathan David wants to join Manchester United this summer, but they've not made any approach to sign him, according to Corriere dello Sport via Sport Witness.
The Canada international has been one of the top scorers in Europe over recent seasons and is set to leave the Ligue 1 outfit when his contract expires at the end of the month.
It had been expected that a move to Serie A with Napoli was on the cards, but that deal has stalled and it is now being reported that's because David himself has three clubs he'd rather join over making a move to Italy.
David Wants to Join Man Utd
Amorim's side have made no advances
According to a report on Friday morning, David is still looking for a new club to join once his contract with Lille expires on June 30th, and if it were up to him he would move to the Premier League.
His dream club would be Manchester United, but while Ruben Amorim wants to strengthen his forward line, David isn't someone that they have made advances to bring into Old Trafford.
David, who has been described as 'one of the best strikers in the world', would also love to join Barcelona or European champions Paris Saint-Germain, but the Spanish side can't afford him currently while PSG aren't interested.

That makes a move to Serie A more likely, but there are also issues with that now too. Napoli have stalled on a move to bring him in, while Inter Milan's interest has now cooled after manager Simone Inzaghi left the club for Al-Hilal following their Champions League final defeat.
Juventus are showing interest but have yet to make a formal offer, but it seems a move to Italy is his most likely destination.
Manchester United have already added Matheus Cunha to their forward department this summer, while they are pushing ahead to seal a deal for Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo too. But a centre-forward is expected to be targeted during the window, with Sporting CP Viktor Gyokeres now emerging as a target.
