The 29-year-old Dutch beauty took to her Instagram stories to post the Super Eagles goalkeeper and send a beautiful message to the father of her child, who celebrated her birthday in grand style months ago.
Posting an adorable photo of herself and Maduka Okoye, she captioned it with a message that read:
'Words will never fully explain just how proud I am for who you have turned out to be today.. Thank you for always being there.. I pray the Lord always fills you heart with his presence and everlasting love. That he protects you, guides you and that he let you achieve the Highest mountains with his help..'
Jelicia then concludes the message with a special declaration as she wrote: 'You're my heart in human form and I love you unconditionally. Happy birthday.'

The 29-year-old Dutch beauty revealed that she met the footballer at a park.
The couple currently have a son Isaiah Emil Okoye, is 10 months old.

Maduka Okoye's son is also named after him as the German-born Super Eagles star also bears the name Emiliano.
