Osimhen spoke during an interview with media personality Daddy Freeze.
Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has revealed that before he took a selfie with Cristiano Ronaldo after a Serie A game in February 2021, he had to wait one hour.
He made the revelation during an interview with media personality Daddy Freeze.
The Nigeria international took the selfie with Ronaldo after Napoli's 1-0 victory over Juventus in 2021.
"I said to him, 'Chris [Cristiano Ronaldo], I'd like to take a picture with you.' He said, 'Yeah, come to the dressing room,'" Osimhen said.
"[Gianluigi] Buffon saw me, came to me, and asked what I wanted.
"He went to the gym and told me Ronaldo was working out, told me to sit with him.
"We were just talking, it was almost 30 minutes, he wasn't out yet. I waited for one hour, he was still working out," he said.
Osimhen added, "Look at the laps and the veins, you would think he was 25 years old at that time.
"He said, 'Great game, just keep on going,' and I shook his hand."
Ronaldo's contract with Al-Nassr will expire at the end of this month, but the 40-year-old is expected to sign a new deal with the Saudi Pro League club.
Osimhen, on the other hand, has not decided his next club after his loan spell with Galatasaray recently ended.
