A grandmother has reportedly taken six live chickens to her grandkids's school as payment for their school fees after they were sent home over non-payment.
This was revealed in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @PH_Socials, who also attached three photos of the woman and the chickens.
According to the post, the elderly woman, said to be the children's grandmother, accompanied them back to school with the chickens, hoping they would be accepted in place of the required education levy, as she was unable to raise the cash.
In the images, the woman is seen seated calmly while someone appears to inspect the live chickens.
The unusual gesture sparked mixed reactions, with many taking to the comment section to share their thoughts.
