Former Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi, has congratulated his old club for winning the LaLiga title this season 2024/2025 season.
The Inter Miami forward reposted a picture from Barcelona's official account celebrating the LaLiga trophy on Instagram and wrote: "Congratulations".
Messi left Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain in 2021 after his contract with the club expired.
We reported that Barcelona secured the LaLiga title this season for the 28th time in its history on Thursday.
Hansi Flick's side defeated Espanyol 2-0 in the match-day 36 of the Spanish top-flight league.
The LaLiga title win means that Barcelona have completed Treble this seaon.
The Catalan club had already won the Spanish Super Cup and the Copa del Rey ahead of Real Madrid this season.
However, Barcelona were eliminated from the UEFA Champions League at the hands of Inter Milan.
