Meet The Melanesians The World's Only Natural Black Blondes

Black people who live on islands in the South Pacific are known as Melanesians. These people predate the black people who were brought to the Americas as slaves.

From Fiji eastward to the Arafura Sea at the westernmost point of the Pacific Ocean, Melanesia is a subregion of Oceania. The majority of Australia's offshore islands, as well as those that are a part of Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands, and New Caledonia, are included in this region.

Melanesia was first used by Jules Dumont d'Urville in 1832 to refer to an island chain that was unique from Polynesia and Micronesia in terms of both culture and geography.

Before coming into contact with Europeans, native Melanesians engaged in cannibalism, head hunting, kidnapping, and enslavement, just like the Asmat tribe. But at the moment, the majority of people are Christians. The majority of them, however, live in rural areas.

Melanesians of the Solomon Islands are distinguished by their dark skin and golden hair. The Solomon Islands are a sovereign nation and a part of the British Commonwealth. They are located between Papua and Vanuatu in the South Pacific, in the region of Melanesia. They are in Australia's northeast.

Only 5 to 10% of the native Melanesian inhabitants of the islands have blonde hair, despite having the darkest skin tone outside of Africa.

They have blond hair, according to numerous explanations, including genetic inheritance from the Europeans and Americans who helped create the islands, sun and salt bleaching, a high intake of fish, and heavy fish consumption.
