Each year, Forbes honors the continent's most brilliant young people with its prestigious "30 Under 30" list. This list highlights the 30 most impactful Africans under 30 who are making huge strides in their fields. This year, the Forbes Africa 30 under 30 list is celebrating its 10th anniversary, and as a result was themed "Passion, Purpose, And A Decade Of The 30 Under 30 List.

With the release of Forbes Africa's 30 under 30 list for 2024, a few African countries were represented, some more so than others.

Additionally, numerous industries from tech to beauty were represented, highlighting the vast array of innovation and talent on the continent.

However, this list like previous years, does not capture the entire continent but a select few hotspots where industry leaders are born of their socio-economic realities.

This list makes it evident that certain countries are emerging as hotbeds of innovation, entrepreneurship and raw talent.

Individuals from these countries continue to set the stage for what is Africa's economic growth on the global stage. Thanks to the blueprint they have created, the continent as a whole stands as the second fastest-growing region in the world, second only to Asia.
