Ajax confirm signing of Jordan Henderson as England midfielder leaves Saudi club after just six months

Ajax have confirmed the signing of Jordan Henderson with the England midfielder joining the Dutch giants on a two-and-a-half year deal.

The former Liverpool captain joined Saudi Pro League side Al-Ettifaq in the summer in a hugely controversial transfer.

He returns to Europe after just six months with Al-Ettifaq agreeing to terminate his contract.
