Nigerian actor Yul Edochie finds himself at the receiving end of online criticism.

To his verified Instagram page, Yul Edochie encourages everyone to promote love, he admonished them on the value of love.

The contentious actor added that nothing belongs to anyone and that everything is a borrowed moment.

He exhorted his followers to love God and one another as well.

"We're all living on borrowed time. It's difficult for us to accept but it's the truth.

Borrowed life, borrowed money, borrowed houses, borrowed fame, borrowed cars, borrowed everything. Nothing really belongs to us. In due time we will leave everything behind and journey on. Let's spread love

Love God, love your fellow human being" he wrote.

His recent update on love prompted a backlash from an online user who was quick to voice his disapproval.

One follower, Aboubacar urged the actor to return to his family. "You're a borrowed husband. Brother back home and share the love you are preaching on IG to your legal wife and children."

Just days after publicly dragging his estranged wife, May Edochie, on social media, the actor took to his Instagram account to share a cryptic message that has left many questioning the state of his personal life.

The actor in his post claims that the time has come but did not provide any further specifics.
