According to report from Al Jazeera, the leader of Hamas's political wing, Ismail Haniyeh, announced on Tuesday that the prisoners held by the enemy would only be freed if the resistance's conditions were met.
He also asserted that the enemy was close to losing and that the resistance was near to winning.
Haniyeh commended the people of Gaza for their courage and endurance on the 88th day of the continuous assault, which has resulted in massive displacement, devastation, and killings. He denounced the enemy for breaking all norms in its attack on the Gaza Strip, calling it savage and cruel.
He also showed his support for the people of Jerusalem and the West Bank, who have faced abuse and murder by the enemy. He said that they would stay defiant, proud and strong in their resistance, and that they would not surrender their rights and sacred places..
