Felix Morka voiced the opinion that the PDP's optimism in defeating President Tinubu at the Supreme Court is misguided in a statement on Monday night. According to him, the All Progressives Congress (APC) is certain that Atiku Abubakar's case would cause the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to suffer yet another Supreme Court setback.

Morka stated, "The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) appears to be deluding itself by expressing confidence in Atiku Abubakar's appeal at the Supreme Court, as conveyed in its statement on October 22, 2023.

"Court cases are won on the strength of cogent, credible, compelling or substantial evidence, not on hollow, implausible, capricious tales and fabrications of the kind that Atiku Abubakar dumped on the court in the guise of a 'body of evidence', evidencing nothing"

The PDP may be experiencing hallucinations if they assume their arguments would be enough to win, according to the APC. The quality of the evidence will determine the outcome of the next court dispute, according to Morka, and the APC is sure that the PDP's case lacks the foundation necessary for victory.
