The 31-year-old singer looked stunning in a leopard print maxi dress that hugged her curves, paired with a black leather jacket and gold hoop earrings.
She wore her hair in a sleek ponytail and flashed a radiant smile as she walked with the man, who had his arm around her shoulder.
The identity of the mystery man is not yet known, but he wore a casual blue hoodie and jeans.
Selena's dinner companions were Nicola Peltz, the actress and billionaire heiress, and her husband Brooklyn Beckham, the son of David and Victoria Beckham.
The trio had attended a soccer match earlier that day at the Parc des Princes Stadium, where they watched Paris Saint Germain beat Olympique Marseille 4-0.
