Report: Manchester United bid for 'extraordinary' €25 million star Sofyan Amrabat is imminent

There could be some movement on the Sofyan Amrabat to Manchester United front today.

According to La Nazione, Manchester United could make an official offer for the 26-year-old Fiorentina midfielder today.

Erik ten Hag is in desperate need of adding a top-class defensive midfielder to his ranks at Old Trafford. Casemiro is not the player he once was and besides, the Brazilian needs more quality competition anyway.

And it seems as though the United boss is making moves to address his defensive midfield deficiencies...

Manchester United bid for 'extraordinary' €25 million star Sofyan Amrabat is imminent.

It is suggested that Man United could approach La Viola with a concrete offer for the Morocco World Cup star today.

La Nazione highlight how Fiorentina will not sell Amrabat for less than €25 million (£21 million). So, it will be interesting to see exactly how much United offer for the tenacious tackling midfielder.

That kind of money will represent an absolute bargain for the Red Devils. talkSPORT recently desired the Moroccan as an 'extraordinary' player. The Fiorentina star has energy, pace and power in abundance and is an exceptional passer of the football.

And if Manchester United are in fact able to sign Sofyan Amrabat for £21 million, the club shouldn't even think twice about making it happen. He would take Ten Hag's side to a whole new level as far as I'm concerned.
