The FA Community Shield match between Manchester City and Arsenal has been scheduled for Sunday, August 6 at Wembley Stadium, according to the Football Association.
Last year, the Shield match between City and Liverpool was played at the King Power Stadium, because of the 2022 UEFA European Women's Championship final.
This season, the customary season-opener returns to Wembley Stadium, with the kick-off set at 5:30 p.m.
City, the Premier League champions take on Arsenal, who they beat to the title in the last weeks.
Pep Guardiola's men won the league and the FA Cup this season, which paved the way for the Gunners to face them.
