DJ Cuppy's husband, Ryan Taylor, stirs reactions after quitting a boxing match in the first round due to a blow to the eyes from his opponent, Swarmz.
The amateur boxer had gone head-to-head with Brandon Scott alias Swarmz at the OVO Arena Wembley.
Swarmz landed the first punch of the fight against Ryan Taylor at the Misfits Boxing 4 show in London which rendered Dj Cuppy's husband blind.
This is the second time in less than a year that his fight ended unexpectedly.
Taking to his Instagram story to express how the punch met his face, Ryan stated that he immediately lost sight; hence the reason for quitting.
"The glove caught my fucking eye ball. I can't see shit. Mad ...," he wrote while adding a laughing emoji.
The fight, however, stirred mixed reactions from Nigerians who had a thing or two to say about the match.
"Wey he reason how many billions Otedola worth my guy no wan die ooo wey him in law get money 😀😀😀," a social media user wrote in reactions.
Another user added, "Is the hot punch for me😂😂😂😂some of our nigeria guys who had a crush on cuppy will be glad to see this video 😂😂😂😂😂😂"
