EPL: Arteta tells Arsenal to sell three players

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has identified three players he wants to sell, to fund a move for Feyenoord's Orkun Kokcu.

The Gunners have opened talks with Feyenoord over a £23million deal for Kokcu.

However, they would need to sell, before they can raise transfer funds.

The Daily Mail reports that Arteta has ordered a ruthless clear-out, as he plans for his first full season at the Emirates.

Midfielder Matteo Guendouzi, centre-back Sokratis and youngster Ainsley Maitland-Niles are all facing summer exits.

Guendouzi has reportedly fallen out with Arteta due to disciplinary reasons and was dropped from the squad, after Arsenal returned from their winter break.

Sokratis would have one year left on his current deal after this summer, while Arteta has not been impressed by Maitland-Niles' attitude in training recently.
