Jose mourinho names the only Premier league club that will make him reject Real Madrid job offer

Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly monitoring Tottenham Hotspur's managerial situation as he eyes a return to coaching soon.

The Portuguese born tactician has been out of job since he parted ways with the Red Devils about 12 months ago.

Although the 56-year-old tactician has been linked with a return to Real Madrid due to their struggles under current boss Zinedine Zidane, he is said to be weighing his options at the club.

According to SunSport, the former Chelsea handler was said to have informed some of his close friends that he could be given Los Blancos' job after the departure of their current boss.

He, however, said he might not accept the job as he currently eyes the hot seat at the Tottenham Hotspur new stadium with Mauricio Pochettino's future unclear at the moment.

It would be recalled that the Argentine took Spurs to their first ever Champions League final last season but lost the opportunity of lifting the European title to Liverpool after losing 2-0 in the end.

And there are two things that could happen to the Argentine-born tactician - resign or be sacked just five months after almost clinching his first European glory as a manager.

Meanwhile, SunSport predicts Mourinho could be one of the readily available managers who could take up the job on short notice and still be able to deliver.

On the other hand, Real Madrid boss Florentino Perez has been an admirer of the underfire Tottenham boss and would be glad to hand him the job when the opportunity presents itself.

The north Londoners are currently 14th on the Premier League table with 14 points from 12 matches - and this is one of their poorest starts to the EPL in a long time.

Meanwhile, they are on course to reaching the first knockout stage of this year's Champions League as they hope to better their performance in the competition this term.
