A Nigerian woman who stole a bone straight wigs and a pixie, together worth ₦300,000, from a shop has reportedly dropped her mobile phone as collateral until she pays back the full amount after being caught on CCTV.
This was revealed in a series of posts shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) by user @dammiedammie35.
In the video, the woman is seen being confronted by several individuals who asked her how she intended to pay for the stolen items.
We had earlier reported that the woman was caught on CCTV stealing the bone straight and pixie wigs.
A follow-up video also surfaced, showing her being handed the stolen items as she explained how she planned to repay the money. She was heard saying, "I want to drop the phone till when I pay."
The woman and the people recording her made several remarks in the video.
As the clip circulated online, it attracted widespread attention, with many users flooding the comment section to share their opinions.
