A Nigerian JAMB candidate has taken to social media to express her disappointment after scoring 155 in the UTME, despite months of dedicated preparation with past questions and strong performance in mock exams.

The post, which surfaced on X (formerly Twitter), features the candidate voicing her frustration over the unexpected result.

She stated that she sat for JAMB the previous year and achieved an excellent score but was unable to secure admission due to unforeseen circumstances.

Determined to do even better this year, she revealed that she studied over 25 sets of past questions and passed her mock exam with flying colors.

However, she was shocked to find that her UTME result showed a score of just 155.

In her words: "This year I wrote JAMB, I came prepared. I studied over 25 past questions only to wake up this morning and see a ridiculous result."

"In all the JAMB and mock exams I've written, I've never scored less than 250. It's shocking that JAMB gave me 155."

Her father also joined in, backing her claims and shedding light on her experience at the CBT center on the day of the exam.
