A Nigerian lady has expressed her displeasure after a video of Chinese Olympian, Liu Yuchen, proposing to his partner, Huang Ya Qiong, after she won gold at the ongoing Paris Olympics, surfaced online.

Moments after receiving her gold media, Yuchen accosted Qiong and proposed to her. The video warmed the hearts of many. However, the Nigerian lady berated Yuchen for failing to allow Qing to ''shine''.
