In a recent development, a member of Mr. Peter Obi's team during the last general election has been accused of allegedly pocketing a substantial sum of N60 million that was donated for the election campaign.
The identity of the individual involved remains undisclosed at this time. This revelation has caused quite a stir and further investigations are underway to shed light on this matter.
Miss Pearls, a big supporter of Obi, spilled the tea on Sunday by sharing a bunch of posts on her handle.
According to her, someone donated N60,000,000.00 to Obi but a greedy middle man 'pocketed' everything
She wrote,
"I trust Obi. You cant be corrupt around him and go scot free. The coming days will be very interesting!
"So someone donated N60M to Peter Obi. A whooping N60M. A greedy middle man pocketed EVERYTHING. Now Obi has found out and said the middle man must refund the donor. Lobatan!"
Meanwhile, Mr Peter Obi, the Labour Party's Presidential Candidate in the 2023 election was yet to react to this allegation as at the time of filing this report.
