FIFA president Infantino dismisses blue card existence, but sin bin still in consideration

FIFA president Gianni Infantino has dismissed rumours of introducing blue card in football, stating it is a non-existent topic for FIFA.

Infantino clarified in an interview with SKY Sports UK,

"Blue cards? This is a topic that is non-existent for us.

"If you want a title, it is: red card to the blue card. No chance, no way."

While the blue card plans are set to be abandoned, the concept of a sin bin remains under consideration.
