The second most wanted suspected kidnapper in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Samaila Wakili Fafa A.K.A Habu Ibrahim has been arrested.
The development is coming barely two weeks after the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike placed a N20 million bounty on Samaila and one Dahiru Adamu.
Torizone reports that Dahiru was nabbed by the operatives of the FCT command on February 16.
A statement issued and made available to Torizone on Tuesday by the command's spokesperson, Josephine Adeh revealed that the second wanted terrorist was arrested at Sardauna Forest, Toto, Nasarawa State.
The PPRO said the suspect confessed that his syndicate masterminded and executed several kidnappings in FCT and its environs.
