Osimhen has yet to commit to a new deal at Napoli with a departure from the club next summer, which is now likely as the Nigerian will have a year left on his contract by then.
The 24-year-old returned to action for the Serie A champions on Saturday after missing their previous six games with a hamstring injury.
Brentford's Ivan Toney and Santiago Gimenez, who plays in the Dutch League for Feyenoord, are the other strikers who have been linked with Chelsea.
