FG: Will you Raise School Fees to a Level Where Students Will Require Loans? -Majeed Dahiru Asks

Addressing the topic, Dahiru said, "In the US, the universities that students are given loans to pay for are deserving of the high tuition. Secondly, will you increase school fees to a level where students will now really require loans? I think the level of the current tuition fees in some of the federal universities is within reasonable limits if workers are paid living wages and Nigerians earn enough money to live.

He added, "For me, the best solution is to call ASUU to a meeting to review their complaints. You need to revamp these schools and turn them into universities. Standardize these schools to third-world standards. Improve the economy while maintaining education as a policy of national security. An educated population will be empowered to develop the economy.
