Manchester United is setting its sights on Napoli sensation Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as uncertainties loom over the futures of Antony and Jadon Sancho at Old Trafford.

Antony, currently embroiled in allegations of domestic abuse in his native Brazil, has been granted a leave of absence. Although the Brazilian refutes the accusations and faces no suspension, his future with the club is now shrouded in uncertainty.

Sancho, on the other hand, raised significant doubts about his own future by openly challenging Erik ten Hag's credibility. This came after Sancho was omitted from Man Utd's squad for their clash with Arsenal prior to the international break.

While Ten Hag justified his decision based on Sancho's training performance, the winger accused him of making him a 'scapegoat.' Although Sancho later deleted his tweet, the club had been willing to transfer him to a Saudi Arabian club before the transfer deadline, signaling a gloomy outlook for his long-term tenure.

In light of these developments, Manchester United are exploring alternative options in the transfer market. According to reports from the Daily Mail, Napoli's standout performer, Kvaratskhelia, has captured the attention of Old Trafford. The Georgian midfielder's stellar performance last season was instrumental in Napoli ending their 30-year Serie A title drought.

Despite Man Utd's previous interest, Napoli remained steadfast in retaining Victor Osimhen this summer, and they similarly aim to keep Kvaratskhelia. The Italians have placed a substantial price tag on him, exceeding £100 million.

Securing Kvaratskhelia would necessitate a club-record bid from United. However, Napoli are willing to entertain offers from the Premier League, setting the stage for a potential blockbuster transfer.
