Man arrested after allegedly attempting to steal a transformer (video)

A video showing the moment a man was apprehended for allegedly attempting to steal a transformer in an area has gone viral.

The video shows the man being interrogated close to the transformer by some residents. He was also filmed after he was beaten severely by the residents who allegedly caught him.
