Chelsea prepare mega bid to sign PSG superstar dubbed the 'new Messi'

Chelsea are reportedly in talks with Paris Saint-Germain wonderkid Kays Ruiz-Atil over a possible move to Stamford Bridge.

Ruiz-Atil is said to be frustrated with lack of game time at PSG under manager Thomas Tuchel.

The teenage sensation has already entered the final year of his deal with the French giants, sparking speculation he could depart on the summer.

The youngster, who grew through the ranks at Barcelona is yet to taste first team football, courting interest from the Blues.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has grown a reputation as a manager willing to give chances to young players, with the likes of Billy Gilmour, Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount and Reece James shooting to prominence under his tutelage at the club.

That fact has seen Ruiz-Atil's become more receptive to the London club's interest but want assurances on plans they have for the 17-year-old if they sign him this summer.

However, Metro UK citing French publication L'Equipe reports the youngster is open to staying at PSG but wants the Ligue 1 giants to commit to affording him a breakthrough into the first team.
